I entered the business in September 2018. I have been in waste management for 10 years now. A passion for sustainability bought me to industry. I transitioned from the height safety industry into waste management after moving from the Gold Coast to Brisbane and beginning a role with traditional waste service provider Veolia Environmental Services as Internal Sales Manager.
My portfolio includes QLD and NNSW. As an Account Management specialist I am bridging a gap and connecting our rural and regional customers to the most fair and equitable waste services model with our customers at the forefront. Providing top tier customer service, troubleshooting and proactive financial and environmental improvement outcomes.
Achievements I am made while with Waste Options is the successful practical transition of BP QLD account (>100 sites) and subsequent completion of equipment safety upgrade project.
Implementation of coffee grounds collection at Stockland Townsville – a first of its kind collaboration in the area.
Expansion of contracting partners particularly local regional and rural businesses.

Supporting our partners from North Brisbane through to Ballina in their goals towards landfill diversion and a positive approach to a new way of thinking about waste generation.
I have been in the waste management industry for 5 years, starting off my years and gaining on the ground knowledge in waste, waste reduction and recycling with one of the largest service providers in Australia.
I have an absolute passion for environmental sustainability and becoming leaders in the transition from linear processes to an inclusive green economy.
With advanced systems in place and the freedom and capacity to pass on all my industry knowledge and learnings, working with Waste Options has allowed me to support our business partners on a more advanced level for embedding sustainability in the built environment.
Waste Options has provided me with a greater overall knowledge base through our wonderfully experienced team, a Cert IV in sustainability, a deep understanding of the NABERS requirements for industry and the BBP.

I have been in the industry for 16 years, 6 years of which have been with Waste Options.
What bought me to Waste Options is the business model that Waste Options implements in the waste industry where the Customers needs are the main focus and that Waste Options lives its business creed of “Credible, Flexible and Fair”
The areas and /or services I look after is all Waste, Recycling, Liquid and Hazardous services across SA and NT. I have almost 300 individual sites that I personally look after from small single site operators to large multi-site Nationals.
Achievements while working with Waste Options is I was first employed State Sales Account Manager to receive the 5 Year Service Award and Employee of the Quarter twice.
Experienced National Account Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the renewables and environment industry. Skilled in Negotiation, Waste, Environmental Compliance, Sales, and Sales Management. Strong sales professional with a Certificate in Management focused in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Deakin University. I have my Clients needs and requirements at the forefront of my solutions and deliver ideas to them that help them achieve their business goals. I pride myself on my follow up, attention to detail, time management and two way communication with my client base and treat them as personal business partners and not just another business or a number.

I joined the Waste Options Family 3 years ago. After being in the industry for 16 years.
I was drawn to the industry due to the diverse range of industries and client types along with the variety of services offered.
NNSW territory consists of Gosford in the south to Grafton in the north encompassing Central West NSW. A range of solid waste & liquid waste services along with Document Destruction, Packaged Waste and Washroom solutions are available.
Achievement of driving further landfill diversion across my portfolio using alternate technologies such as Food Digesters and Subpods,where traditional collection services are unavailable. Also having the opportunity to introduce the Container Deposit Scheme to our customers were available
I enjoy the challenge of sourcing solutions and troubleshooting, to achieve the outcomes required for my clients.
VICTORIA
National Account Manager VIC/TAS
I have worked at Waste Options for almost 5 years, starting in June 2018 however I have been in the waste industry for 12 years.
I began in the waste industry in an administration role for a fixed term covering a maternity leave position at a large waste management company. Within 3 months I was recruited to the sales team and worked my way back to my account management roots.
I currently look after all of Waste Options Tasmanian clients as well as the majority of Victoria.
Whilst working at Waste Options I have managed to implement some wonderful initiatives at our clients, one example is Stockland Retail Australia’s first coffee cup recycling program and coffee grounds recycling at their Victorian shopping centres.
I strive to provide my clients with the best account management possible and am always working to assist them in achieving their sustainability goals.
I am constantly looking for opportunities to maximise diversion and optimise waste management services for my clients sites.
I am passionate about what we do and that shows in my work.

What brought me to the waste industry was my love of account management but what kept me in the industry was the diversification of clients that I encounter every day. Every business creates waste, whether you’re a deli down the road or a major international petroleum company. Every customer is different and has different needs so I never get bored and love meeting people from different walks of life.
I look after our clients in the largest geographical state being Western Australia… 1/3 of the country!! I cover a vast array of different clients including retail chains like Harvey Norman and Stocklands, but also industrial clients like Austral Bricks and BP. WA has its fair share of challenges in the waste industry due to a large area with a relatively small population so finding recycling solutions can be a real challenge, but again something that keeps my role a challenge.
Covid was a terrible time for a lot of businesses, and I am proud to say that I saved a great deal of customers a lot of money during this challenging time paying attention to their schedule and decreasing and increasing services constantly. However, the achievement at Waste Options that I am most proud of is my customer retention. I have not lost a client in 3 years; this isn’t just down to me but also the fabulous team that supports and gives me advise whenever I need it. Waste Options really values its customers as well as its employees so together we can deliver the client whatever they need, so why would they go anywhere else!
When you meet me, you might put me in the wrong pigeon-hole because I am as contradictory as they come. I love cooking, music and even sewing, but I also love kitesurfing, riding motorcycles, skiing, camping and am a dab hand with a power tool around the house.
