Introducing Danielle – NSW National Account Manager
We are proud to introduce Danielle, our NSW National Account Manager at Waste Options. Danielle has been a valued and integral part of our team for the past seven years.
Before joining Waste Options, Danielle built a strong foundation in the Waste & Recycling Industry through key roles at Visy Recycling and Cleanaway. With over 20 years of industry experience, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role.
Danielle is deeply committed to building strong, collaborative, and results-driven partnerships with her clients. She takes the time to truly understand each organisation’s unique objectives—whether they centre around cost efficiency, sustainability goals, or a combination of both—and works closely with stakeholders to deliver tailored, practical solutions.
Thanks to Danielle’s strategic insights and the strength of Waste Options’ national network across all scopes of waste and a broad range of service providers, we are exceptionally well-positioned to meet the needs of organisations across all industries.

Danni Sparks is our National Account Manager for NSW.
Her experience of over 6 years in the Waste Industry has given a sense of purpose. Every change made works towards various sustainability goals benefits not only our clients but our society as a whole.
Danielle’s recent achievements, successfully implementing organics separation across her clients in hospitality, aged care, and office sectors within her portfolio. This has resulted in many of her clients being ahead of the Government’s organics mandate.
Danielle has delivered quarterly business reviews for multi-site businesses, overseeing cost savings, and driving continuous improvement. She is incredibly passionate about fostering strong relationships between Waste Options and their client base, using clear and concise communication to ensure clients feel informed and valued at all times.
Furthermore, Danielle prioritises understanding her clients’ specific needs and developing tailored solutions that foster long-term strategic partnerships.

Josh joined the Waste Options Family over 5 years ago. After being in the industry for over 18 years.
Josh was drawn to the industry due to the diverse range of industries and client types along with the variety of services offered.
Josh’s territory consists of Gosford in the south to Maclean in the north encompassing Central West NSW. A range of solid waste & liquid waste services along with Document Destruction, Packaged Waste and Washroom solutions are available.
Achievement of driving further landfill diversion across my portfolio using alternate technologies such as Food Digesters and Subpods,where traditional collection services are unavailable. Also having the opportunity to introduce the Container Deposit Scheme to our customers where available.

Meet Kristy, our National Account Manager for QLD / NNSW.
For the past 4 years, Kristy has been an instrumental asset to our partners spanning from Gympie to Casino. She has expertly guided them in achieving their landfill diversion targets and has been a driving force in promoting more sustainable approaches to waste management.
Kristy brings over 7 years of valuable experience within the waste management sector. Her career began with one of Australia’s leading service providers, where she developed a strong foundation in waste management, reduction, and recycling practices.
Kristy is deeply passionate about environmental sustainability and is committed to leading the transition from traditional linear processes to a comprehensive green economy.
She notes that Waste Options’ advanced systems, combined with the opportunity to apply her extensive industry knowledge, have enabled her to support our business partners more strategically. This includes helping them integrate Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles within the built environment.
Kristy also emphasises that her work at Waste Options, alongside our experienced team, has significantly broadened her expertise. This is further complemented by her Cert IV in Sustainability and a thorough understanding of NABERS requirements and the Better Buildings Partnership (BBP) framework.

Kirsty is our National Account Manager QLD, Kirsty has worked for Waste Options for over 7 years with a passion for sustainability bringing Kirsty to the industry over 12 years ago.
Kirsty’s portfolio covers both metro and regional QLD. As an Account Management specialist, Kirsty is talented at bridging the gap and connecting our rural and regional customers to the most fair and equitable waste services model with our customers at the forefront. Providing top tier customer service, troubleshooting and proactive financial and environmental improvement outcomes.
During her time at Waste Options Kirsty managed the successful practical transition of BP QLD account – over 100 sites, many rural and regional – and subsequent completion of equipment safety upgrade project.
Notable projects include the implementation of coffee grounds collection at Stockland Townsville – a first of its kind collaboration in the area and the ongoing expansion of contracting partners particularly local regional and rural businesses.

Meet Dave our National Account Manager SA/NT
Dave has been in the industry for over16 years, more then 6 years of which have been with Waste Options.
Dave looks after the areas and /or services I look after is all Waste, Recycling, Liquid and Hazardous services across SA and NT. I have almost 300 individual sites that I personally look after from small single site operators to large multi-site Nationals.
Dave was our first employed State Sales Account Manager to receive the 5 Year Service Award and Employee of the Quarter twice.
Experienced National Account Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the renewables and environment industry. Skilled in Negotiation, Waste, Environmental Compliance, Sales, and Sales Management. Strong sales professional with a Certificate in Management focused in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Deakin University.

At Waste Options, Claire has been instrumental in implementing innovative sustainability initiatives for clients. A notable example is her leadership in launching Stockland Retail Australia’s first coffee cup and coffee grounds recycling program at their Victorian shopping centres. This initiative diverted significant waste from landfills and supported local regenerative farming efforts by providing valuable resources to small-scale farmers in the region.
Claire’s deep industry knowledge, strategic insight, and hands-on approach continue to drive meaningful environmental outcomes and reinforce Waste Options’ reputation as a trusted partner in sustainable waste management.

Louise is our National Account Manager for WA. Louise has spent 6 years of her 14 years in the Waste Industry with Waste Options.
Louise is accomplished in account management and excels in the diversity of her clients from the small business to the large corporations such as Austral Bricks and BP. with WA being 1/3 of the country Louise is highly experience in all the different level of needs in Waste
Louise’s greatest accomplishment during her time at Waste Options is her 100% retention rate, She attributes this success to her dedication to providing exceptional customer service support, consistently going above and beyond to find solutions for her customers and industry peers. Even when a solution falls outside the immediate scope of Waste Options.
